Every story shapes the way we care.
In behavioral health, we talk a lot about treatment, outcomes, and access, but sometimes we forget the simplest truth: our stories matter.
In this first installment of the Why It Matters: Voices of Care series, we highlight a foundational value that shapes compassionate care: unconditional positive regard.
Imagine what our communities could look like if empathy wasn’t the exception, but the norm.
This series is about elevating voices, challenging misconceptions, and reminding one another why this work truly matters.
