Our team understands providers in the community have a special interest in finding the best care for their patients, clients and residents. We understand you may see the need for behavioral health support and have some uncertainty on where to start. Our admissions team is available 24/7 to help support you in finding the best care for your patients.

Please know you do not need to make a formal referral and your patients can call us directly as well. We are here to make the process simple for both you and those you care for your in your practice.
