Summer Program
Mind & Body Wellness Program for Youth and Adolescents
The Peak Navigation Adolescent Summer Program is designed for young people who could benefit from improved mental wellness and a desire to increase healthy behaviors and coping strategies. It offers a safe space for youth and adolescents to improve coping skills, create connections with peers, and have fun during the summer months.
Mind and Body Groups Available:
- Youth Ages 9-12
- Adolescents Ages 13-17
What can you expect?
Experiential Therapy:
- Art therapy
- Pet therapy
- Body mindfulness practices
Group Activities Aimed at Increasing Life Skills:
- Nutrition
- Self-care activities.
Life Skills
- Coping and emotional regulation skills
- Cultivating healthy relationships, positive peer interactions
- Increasing effective communication
- Identifying emotions
- Addressing peer pressure
- Self-advocacy
A Continuum of Care
Additional Support
Education Liaison services are available year round and can be helpful to access in the summer to have a solid back to school plan.
When: Programming runs Monday-Friday
Morning Hours: 9 am – Noon
Afternoon Hours: Noon – 3 pm
Full day programming available.
Tricare®, Medicaid, Medicare, and most major commercial insurances accepted.
