Our intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization program provide adolescents and adults with treatment options for mental health and substance use issues that do not require an inpatient setting. Our outpatient treatment programs may include a variety of experiential therapies to create more options for clients; offerings can include art therapy, yoga, support animals, music therapy, and various forms of recreational therapy. IOP is offered 3-5 days a week for 3 hours a day, while PHP is 5 days a week for 6 hours a day. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) lets clients benefit from the intensive support of a residential treatment program while still spending evenings at home. It can be thought of as a mid-point between full inpatient hospitalization and outpatient care. *Transportation support available on a case by case basis*
Our outpatient programming provides adolescents and adults with treatment options for mental health and/or substance use disorders that do not require an inpatient setting. Our outpatient programs are designed for those who can independently handle many aspects of their life without round-the-clock monitoring but who need more intense work beyond standard talk therapy.
At Peak View, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults are focused on helping clients to overcome the challenges they face with persistent mental health concerns. Our goal is to help you in reaching your individual Ascent to mental wellness.

IOP Program:
In-person IOP programs meet three days a week for three hours per session. Participants can set their schedule for any combination of three days per week and choose to engage in treatment in the morning, afternoon, or evening as their schedule allows. The programs include:
Balanced Recovery is a comprehensive and holistic program that offers a wide variety of treatment modalities to address and support each person’s unique individual story. We assist clients in achieving their goals through flexibility, understanding, and an emphasis on the importance of individual growth. Our goal is for our clients to find their own meaning of sobriety, by focusing not only on recovering, but also, rebuilding their overall quality of life. Balanced Recovery is designed for all adults aged 18+ and takes place Monday-Friday from 12:00 pm-3:00 p.m, up to 15 hours per week. Clients can address substance use, substance abuse, dependency or struggles with unhealthy behaviors. Balanced Recovery includes family support sessions, assessment and consideration for additional, mental health or psychiatric needs and connectivity to community resources.
We recognize that a traditional, in-person approach to an intensive outpatient program can be quite disruptive to your schedule, making it difficult to succeed at work or school while also distracting from other responsibilities and activities that are part of your day to day life.
As a result, Peak View Behavioral Health now offers a virtual intensive outpatient program known as Momentum. The Momentum program has been designed to serve our clients ages 18 and over in the safety and security of their own home, office, or wherever they may be.
Momentum provides a structured, confidential treatment setting that includes a minimum of 9—and up to 15—hours of therapy and skill-building groups without requiring clients to leave the comfort of their own environment. Participants can engage with the program for three hours a day for no fewer than three, but up to five, days a week. Sessions are offered in the morning, afternoon, and evening to fit varied schedules.
Telehealth is a growing and effective alternative for those delivering and receiving mental health services, and our program utilizes HIPAA-compliant video and communications technology for safety and privacy.
Peak View’s adolescent mental health programs offer support for those ages 12 to 17 who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other common behavioral health conditions. Our experienced staff help teens to work through past trauma, emotional, and social challenges, amongst many other stressors. Peak Navigation’s IOP and PHP programs offer highly structured treatment options in supporting our clients navigation to wellness. The program employs person-centered treatment using evidence-based practices and a holistic approach that considers the social, emotional, and physical development of teens as well as the unique challenges adolescents can face when dealing with powerful emotions.
IOP interventions and supports may include:
