Outpatient Treatment

Outpatient Treatment – Options and Opportunities for Care

Our intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization program provide adolescents and adults with treatment options for mental health and substance use issues that do not require an inpatient setting. Our outpatient treatment programs may include a variety of experiential therapies to create more options for clients; offerings can include art therapy, yoga, support animals, music therapy, and various forms of recreational therapy. IOP is offered 3-5 days a week for 3 hours a day, while PHP is 5 days a week for 6 hours a day. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) lets clients benefit from the intensive support of a residential treatment program while still spending evenings at home. It can be thought of as a mid-point between full inpatient hospitalization and outpatient care. *Transportation support available on a case by case basis*

Our outpatient programming provides adolescents and adults with treatment options for mental health and/or substance use disorders that do not require an inpatient setting. Our outpatient programs are designed for those who can independently handle many aspects of their life without round-the-clock monitoring but who need more intense work beyond standard talk therapy.

A Virtual Option for IOP for adults

Momentum

We recognize that a traditional, in-person approach to an intensive outpatient program can be quite disruptive to your schedule, making it difficult to succeed at work or school while also distracting from other responsibilities and activities that are part of your day to day life.

As a result, Peak View Behavioral Health now offers a virtual intensive outpatient program known as Momentum. The Momentum program has been designed to serve our clients ages 18 and over in the safety and security of their own home, office, or wherever they may be.

Momentum provides a structured, confidential treatment setting that includes a minimum of 9—and up to 15—hours of therapy and skill-building groups without requiring clients to leave the comfort of their own environment. Participants can engage with the program for three hours a day for no fewer than three, but up to five, days a week. Sessions are offered in the morning, afternoon, and evening to fit varied schedules.

Telehealth is a growing and effective alternative for those delivering and receiving mental health services, and our program utilizes HIPAA-compliant video and communications technology for safety and privacy.
