Summary:
This presentation will provide participants with essential information for improving the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of inso1nnia in adult patients. It will focus on current clinical guidelines, a brief behavioral treatment model, a prominent case conceptualization model, and critical comorbidities. Additionally, improving care coordination through understanding stepped care and community approaches to insomnia will be discussed.

– Improve differential diagnostic skills through understanding the “3P” model of insomnia.
– Update participants on the latest guidelines for managing insomnia disorder in adults.
– Enhance therapeutic skills and clinical outcomes using Brief Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.
