Specialized Outpatient Services for Adults
PEAK VIEW ASCENT
Our Peak View Ascent outpatient programming provides adults with treatment options for mental health and/or substance use disorders that do not require an inpatient setting. Our outpatient programs are designed for those who can independently handle many aspects of their life without round-the-clock monitoring, yet need more intense work beyond standard talk therapy.
Outpatient Day Program (PHP)
for Adults
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for adults is focused on helping clients overcome the challenges they face with persistent mental health concerns. PHP lets clients benefit from the intensive support of a residential treatment program while still spending evenings at home.
This program includes:
- Skill building
- Therapeutic processing
- Trauma-informed care
- Evidence-based modalities
- Full-day treatment programming
- 5 days per week for 6 hours per day
- Connectivity to community resources
- Medication management with psychiatric support
Part-Time Outpatient Program (IOP)
for Adults
In-person Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) meet three days a week for three hours per session. Participants can set their schedule for any combination of three days per week and choose to engage in treatment in the morning, afternoon, or evening as their schedule allows.
This program includes:
- 1/2 day treatment programming
- 3–5 days a week for 3 hours a day
- Morning, afternoon, and evening options
- Transitional help into productive activities
- Physician oversight and medication management
- Minimum 9 hours of clinical programming per week
- Education about a person’s condition and how to effectively manage it
- Virtual Options available
A Personalized Substance Use IOP
Balanced Recovery
Balanced Recovery is a comprehensive and holistic program that offers a wide variety of treatment modalities to address and support each person’s unique individual story. We assist clients in achieving their goals through flexibility, understanding, and an emphasis on the importance of personal growth. Our goal is for our clients to find their meaning of recovery, by focusing not only on recovering but also on rebuilding their overall quality of life. Balanced Recovery is designed for all adults aged 18+ and takes place Monday-Friday from 12:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m., up to 15 hours per week. Clients can address substance use or struggles with unhealthy behaviors during these sessions. Balanced Recovery includes family support sessions, assessment, and consideration for additional, mental health or psychiatric needs and connectivity to community resources.
